Our privately owned static caravan holiday home has a full gas radiator and hot water system, large walk in shower. 1 double bedroom with en suite and freeview tv with dvd, single twin bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen, large lounge with generous seating and freeview flat screen tv with dvd, dinning room area. A large decked balcony with patio table and chairs/parasol. Gas and electic and bedding are all included in the weekly cost. A strict No Smoking Policy in the holiday home. Parking rank near by.

All  benefits of  the amenities of Killigarth Manor Holiday Park, heated swimming pool, gym room, safe toddlers room, bingo nightly, nightly  evening entertament, pool table Wi Fi internet cafe, several bars. Fast food take away. A handy site shop.   Foxy Club early evening for the children, tennis court and out door play area, ALL with  no extra charge. 

  

From the holiday home it is only a short walk down into Polperro( 8 mins), only residents cars are allowed if visiting by car a large car park by road. Polperro has a sandy beach with caves, boat trips, old Cornish pubs along the quay side. Tea rooms for the Cornish cream tea and Cornish pasties, lovely art galleries, From Killigarth Manor take the coastal walk to Talland Bay, two small beaches with rock pools, Dolphins have been seen off the bay. Visit Smugglers Rest before your return. Looe is a short drive along the coast, it has a large sandy safe beach, Banjo Pier, boat and fishing trips. Boat and fishing trips go daily in high season weather permitting, a two hour fishing trip is fun for all of the family (keep what you catch ), or Looe is a famous fishing harbour with a fresh fish shop along the quayside. The wonderful Eden Project is only 30 miles away.
